Job Summary
Hardware Rack Specialist / SME with active Secret clearance and TS capability, supporting design, integration, and sustainment of shipboard rack configurations for CANES on Navy platforms. Responsibilities include rack layout design, cable routing, power distribution, grounding, cooling, labeling, and installation readiness for shipboard and lab environments; collaboration with Navy stakeholders, engineers, logistics, vendors, and test organizations; develop installation drawings, BOMs, and configuration documentation; perform technical reviews of vendor hardware; support lab builds, shipboard installations, and test events; identify risks and corrective actions related to rack fit, cooling, cabling, and drift; mentor junior staff and ensure alignment with operational, security, and sustainment requirements; active DoD Secret clearance and TOP SECRET eligibility preferred. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS include CANES, ADNS, ISNS, Navy C4I systems experience, virtualization, ruggedized hardware, and lifecycle sustainment planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, electronics, logistics, or a related technical discipline preferred.
