Required skills include strong analytical abilities, interpersonal effectiveness, and proficiency in MS Project. A 4-year degree and 5+ years of relevant project management experience are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree in Engineering, Project Management, or another relevant field
- 5+ years project management experience in an engineering and new product development environment
- Proficient with MS Project and MS Office applications
- Fundamental understanding of basic electronics and software/firmware programming
- Knowledge of Waterfall execution methodologies
- Familiarity with Agile execution methodologies
- Hardware Engineering background preferred
Desired Qualifications
- PMI certification
- Experience with hearing aids
- Experience with MS Project Server and MS SharePoint
