Job Summary
Review and document operational issues across all projects in Italy after every game week, then coordinate equipment actions and information for multiple tournaments. Support planning and execution of maintenance, upgrades, and standardization while assisting with procurement sheets for future purchases. Maintain an updated asset list and centralize paperwork regarding import procedures and costs for all kits in the country. Work alongside the tech team to implement new technical solutions and procedures, ensuring Project Leads and the Logistics Lead have necessary information for equipment allocation. Become an integral part of the operational team by completing required training to operate the Tracking system and supporting match delivery from the Remote Centre or onsite when required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in hardware, networking, and understanding of Sport operational delivery
- Understanding of IP fundamentals and our common topologies, including VLAN, VPN etc
- Proactive attitude and ability to work on your own initiative
- Demonstrable experience in a time-pressured and challenging environment
- Ability to communicate well to internal and when required, external stakeholders
- Sets high standards, with clear expectations along the way
- Comfortable challenging current processes or conventions to benefit the business
- Delivery focused and solution oriented mindset, with ability to find workable and pragmatic solutions to challenges
- A keen interest in technology, hardware and broadcast industries
- Travel as and when required for Italian Operations, meetings, or other requirements
- Become an integral part of the operational team, completing the required training to operate the Tracking system and supporting match delivery from the Remote Centre or onsite when required
