Job Summary
Hands-on hardware integration and test lead for spacecraft electronics. Execute integration, characterization and test activities, and may serve as technical lead during production. Troubleshoot from component to system level using lab equipment; read and interpret digital/analog schematics; review production travelers and test procedures; read/edit software test scripts; analyze production metrics to improve yield and clarify test flows. Requires a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years of experience; familiarity with schematic tools, BOM/ERP management, data analysis, and test data extraction. Proficiency with lab instruments (scopes, logic analyzers) and strong communication skills are essential. Desirable experience with digital/analog design, C++, and scripting languages (Lua/Python). Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in producing and testing electronics
- Fundamental knowledge of digital circuits, processors, FPGAs and power supplies
- Ability to read and understand digital and analog schematics
- Ability to read and edit software test scripts
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with bench tools and lab equipment (scopes, logic analyzers)
- Familiarity with schematic tools, BOM/ERP management tools, data analysis in spreadsheets
- Experience with implementing engineering changes to schematics/BOM/docs
- Experience with assembly and test of spacecraft hardware (desirable)
- Proficiency in C++ and scripting languages (desirable)
- Familiarity with Quality Control methods, configuration management, root cause analysis
- US Citizenship required
- Base compensation; eligible for year-end bonus
