Job Summary
Lead and mentor a hardware engineering team, setting technical direction and performance expectations; oversee embedded hardware development programs to meet schedule, cost, and quality objectives; collaborate cross-functionally with software, mechanical, manufacturing, and leadership teams to drive integrated product delivery; manage resource planning and multi-project workload; drive continuous improvement of tools, workflows, and processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline
- 7+ years of hardware engineering experience with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role
- Strong background in embedded hardware design, testing, and product development lifecycle management
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams through complex engineering challenges while maintaining accountability and performance standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, mentor, and build strong cross-functional relationships
