Job Summary
Lead electrical engineering for Verkada hardware products from concept through mass production. Own schematic and layout development, component selection, and hardware requirements documentation. Prototype concepts, perform board bring-up, debug, testing and validation; build robust test plans; collaborate with JDM/ODM partners and manufacturing to drive designs through EVT/DVT/PVT to production. Drive EMI/EMC, regulatory compliance, and RF testing activities; lead root-cause analyses; coordinate with cross-functional teams (hardware, mechanical, software, product management) to deliver new products. Travel internationally up to 15%. Requires a B.S. in Electrical Engineering (M.S. preferred) and 3+ years of electronics product design.
