Job Summary
Hardware Engineer responsible for leading integration between robotic arms, grippers, sensors, and manufacturing equipment; owning assembly including electronics, sensors, and mechanical components; supporting deployment to customer facilities and providing technical guidance during installation and commissioning; staying current with robotics, additive manufacturing, and automated manufacturing systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of experience in mechanical design and development, preferably in robotics or manufacturing automation
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar) and stress/strain analysis
- Experience with mechanical design for robotic systems, including kinematics, dynamics, and structural analysis
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes including machining, 3D printing, and assembly techniques
