Job Summary
Hardware Engineer at Marelli responsible for developing automotive electronics hardware in a hybrid work model at the Guangzhou office. Partner with global teams across Marelli’s divisions to advance hardware design and integration for mobility solutions, contributing to innovation and manufacturing excellence across lighting, sensing, powertrain and related domains. The role supports onboarding and continued training within an international team and involves collaboration with multiple departments to drive performance and co-create future mobility.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience in hardware engineering
- Experience with automotive electronics hardware
- Ability to work in a hybrid office/remote environment
- Strong collaboration across international teams
