Job Summary

Design and develop high-speed digital and RF electronic circuits for aerospace and defence platforms, creating schematics and performing multilayer PCB layout with controlled impedance. Execute signal integrity analysis, perform RF performance evaluation, and support hardware bring-up, debugging, and validation of prototypes using lab instruments. Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, systems, and manufacturing teams while preparing design documentation, test reports, and compliance records. Ensure component selection meets reliability, temperature, and military-grade standards through qualification and environmental testing. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electronics or related fields with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in electronic hardware design.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics / Electrical / Communication Engineering
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in electronic hardware design
  • Strong fundamentals of high-speed circuit design
  • Working knowledge of RF circuits and RF measurement basics
  • Experience in PCB design tools (Altium, OrCAD, KiCad, or equivalent)
  • Understanding of signal integrity, impedance control, grounding, and EMI/EMC basics
  • Familiarity with common interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, LVDS, Ethernet, etc.)
  • Ability to interpret datasheets, reference designs, and military standards

Desired Qualifications

  • Exposure to MIL-STD / DO-160 / IPC standards
  • Experience with EMI/EMC mitigation techniques
  • Knowledge of power electronics and mixed-signal design
  • Experience in aerospace, defence, UAV, radar, EW, or avionics projects
  • Understanding of DFM/DFA and reliability engineering
