Job Summary
Design and develop electrical hardware for the Road Power Plant, including creating schematics, selecting components, and designing high-quality PCB layouts. Perform simulations, laboratory testing, debugging, and system validation to ensure production readiness. Integrate sensors, actuators, and control units while collaborating with mechanical, software, and physics teams to solve interdisciplinary challenges. Support real-world field testing and continuously optimize systems for reliability and scalability. Transition prototypes into serial production and contribute to future controller generations for international deployment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or a related field
- At least 2 years of hands on experience in electrical hardware development, electronic product development or comparable engineering roles
- Experience developing electrical systems from concept through production readiness
- Strong knowledge of PCB design, circuit development, component selection and system integration
- Experience with testing, validation and debugging of electronic systems
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and thrive in a fast paced startup environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
