Job Summary
Hardware development engineer for automotive/industrial/IoT reference designs and PoC. Responsibilities include circuit schematic and Gerber PCB design using CAD tools, PCB evaluation and application testing; design and evaluation of control circuits (MCU) and high-voltage drive for power semiconductors; thermal design for power devices; project progression management; and customer-facing technical promotion and support. Must have over 5 years of hardware development experience, circuit/PCB CAD proficiency, SPICE simulation ability, solid digital/analog electronics knowledge, openness to taking on unfamiliar development areas, and business-level Japanese plus English communication. Location-based context indicates Kodaira, Japan with in-person/hybrid collaboration." ,
Required Qualifications
- Hardware development experience 5+ years

- SPICE simulator experience
