Job Summary
Develop hardware for test and production setups of in-house electronic devices, including mechanical construction of housings and test adapters. Design schematics and PCBs, while analyzing requirements, structuring systems, and creating state and activity models. Coordinate system interfaces with customers, internal departments, and external suppliers, and support qualification processes for environmental and electromagnetic compatibility.
Required Qualifications
- Completed studies in a technically relevant subject such as electrical engineering, (technical) computer science, mechanical engineering, physics, mathematics, or comparable.
- Proven experience as a hardware developer/system engineer/architect.
- Schematics and/or PCB design experience in a professional setting, ideally using Altium Designer, CAD and relevant tools.
- Sound knowledge of development processes, and basic knowledge of RF engineering and hardware qualification testing.
- Strong understanding of system analysis methods and their relationship to development artifacts and phases, and some experience in M-CAD construction (ideally Autodesk Fusion) and 3D printing
- German and English language skills at C1 level
