Job Summary
Hardware Design Engineer (Power/Analog) designing and implementing analog and power circuits, conducting design validation tests, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include researching innovative solutions for cost, size, power efficiency, and reliability; filing patents and enabling next-generation technology; generating design documentation, schematic capture, board layouts, and circuit bring-up; owning technical aspects, root cause analysis of field escalations, and mentoring less-experienced staff. Requires strong power electronics expertise, DC/DC converter implementation, PCB design and verification, and effective communication for global, cross-functional engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Typically, 4-6 years' experience
- Highly proficient in power electronics and DC/DC converters implementation
- Strong circuit analysis and synthesis skills
- Experience with PCA development, analog simulation and debugging tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
