Job Summary
Hardware Design Engineer to architect RL-based semiconductor simulations and define environment parameters (complexity, education goals, and coverage for interfaces like AXI buses, DMA controllers, and tensor processing elements) for AI-driven hardware development. Develop benchmarks and exercises to guide AI agents in environment-specific skills, oversee cross-functional teams responsible for module-level designs, full SoC integrations, and AI training scenarios, and collaborate with AI teams from elite research institutions to align learned behaviors with real-world hardware automation needs. Key skills include RTL methodologies, Verilog, RTL Synthesis & Design, Digital Logic, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Reinforcement Learning.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in hardware design, RTL methodologies.
