Hardware Assistant Manager

Drive sales initiatives and deliver high-level guest service to enhance the shopping experience. Monitor and guide team members in achieving retail objectives while fostering a collaborative environment. Maintain accurate department records, analyze material costs for pricing, and train staff on hardware sales fundamentals. Assist the Department Manager with marketing, inventory ordering, shipment receiving, and scheduling as assigned. Be prepared to undertake additional responsibilities as necessary. This role requires 2-4 years of retail sales and management experience, preferably in hardware, with a strong background in guest service and leadership.
