HARDWARE ASSEMBLER

As a Hardware Assembler, you fabricate hangers and embeds for precast panel formwork, position plates and embeds prior to concrete casting, operate forklift to deliver plates and materials, and use shop tools including drill presses, chop saws, hand drills, screw guns, grinders, and post-tension jack. You will fabricate hangers and holders for embeds, stage them at casting tables, prepare materials including post-tension cables and threaded rod, identify and correct hardware errors on tables, maintain a clean and safe work area, and follow blueprints and shop tickets to assemble hardware kits for panels while prioritizing safety and teamwork.
