HARDWARE ASSEMBLER

Job Summary
As a Hardware Assembler, you will fabricate hangers and holders for embeds and ensure proper placement within or over molds for precast panel formwork. You’ll position and secure plates and embeds prior to concrete casting, operate forklift to deliver materials, and use shop tools (drill presses, chop saws, hand drills, screw guns, grinders) to prepare hardware. You’ll prepare panel hardware according to blueprints and shop tickets, identify and correct hardware errors, maintain complete hardware kits, and keep a clean, organized work area while following safety practices. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required), are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable using hand and power tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on safety and teamwork.
Required Qualifications

- On-the-job training offered
- Some rebar or construction experience preferred
- Ability to use hand and power tools
