Job Summary
Hardware Analog Engineer to research and propose alternative parts and solutions while avoiding major software/product calibration changes. Implement and simulate designs using CAD tools (e.g., Mentor Graphics); verify and validate hardware redesigns; perform failure analysis during early VnV and MFG builds; integrate DFM inputs to improve yield and quality; diagnose and debug issues when products interact with other NI products; lead POC mock-ups to strengthen redesign proposals; provide technical training to engineers and customers; mentor junior engineers; develop product/design documentation and debug tools; create training materials for Manufacturing and Failure Analysis teams. The role emphasizes analog/digital design proficiency, signal integrity, layout, testing, and strong English communication. Candidates should have degrees in electrical or computer engineering and be prepared to work in a collaborative, proactive environment.
Required Qualifications
- B.Eng/M.Eng/BS/MS in electrical engineering or computer engineering - Fresh graduates.
