Job Summary
Install glass windshields, hard top enclosures, and related components on premium offshore fishing and recreational boats according to engineering specifications and production schedules. Measure, align, fit, and secure glass panels; apply adhesives, sealants, and weatherproofing for a watertight finish. Inspect components for defects, operate hand/power tools safely, read work orders/blueprints, troubleshoot installation issues, maintain a clean and safe work area, and collaborate across teams to meet production and quality goals. Follow all safety policies and assist with additional production duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in glass installation, marine manufacturing, automotive glass installation, construction, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to read measuring devices accurately.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
