The Hardscape Team Leader at Southern Landscape Group leads a team in installing hardscape and landscape features, manages subcontractors, and ensures project quality within budget and schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or GED
- Two years of documented experience in the green industry
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use Apple technology for time tracking and job management
- Great analytical problem solving and decision-making ability
- Responsible for training and coaching a team

- Ability to use Google translate efficiently to communicate with Spanish speaking workers
- Ability to drive truck & trailer combinations
- Excellent customer service skills
