Job Summary
Lead a team to create beautiful hardscapes, safely, on time, and within budget by cutting stone with masonry saws, operating skid steers and excavators, and reading blueprints. Perform quality control inspections to ensure standards are met while maintaining a clean worksite and enforcing all safety measures. Communicate effectively with team members and participate in snow and ice management work. This role requires four years of hardscape installation experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 75#. Required Qualifications
- 4 years' experience installing hardscapes
- Knowledge of paver installations, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, fire pits
- Proven experience as a Supervising in the hardscape industry
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must have or could acquire a DOT card
- Be able to lift 75#
- Must be able to communicate in English (speaking, reading, & writing)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience cutting stone with various masonry saws
- Proficiently use skid steers, excavators, and other related equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Must participate in our Snow and Ice management work
