Job Summary
Welcome guests as mountain enthusiasts, guiding them to the right skis, snowboards, boots, and bindings with confidence and care. Provide personalized bootfitting so every person leaves feeling comfortable, supported, and ready for adventure. Share your stoke and knowledge of the latest gear, keeping up with industry trends and passing that excitement on to guests. Keep the shop vibe warm and inviting with clean, well-curated displays. Create memorable experiences for beginners finding their first setup and experts chasing their next big line alike. Be part of a team that has each other's backs, pitching in wherever needed to keep the energy high and the shop running smoothly. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Ability to talk ski or board shop all day
- Love to ski or snowboard (or eagerness to learn)
- Flexibility with schedule including holidays, weekends, and split shifts
- Ability to stand for hours
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer skills for processing transactions and documentation
- Strong English fluency (written and verbal)
- Product knowledge of skis, snowboards, boots, and bindings
- People skills
- Passion for the outdoors
- Knowledge of the latest gear and industry trends
