Job Summary
Welcome guests as fellow mountain enthusiasts, guiding them to the right skis, snowboards, boots, and bindings with confidence and care. Provide personalized bootfitting so every person leaves feeling comfortable, supported, and ready for adventure. Share your stoke and knowledge of the latest gear, keeping up with industry trends while maintaining clean, well-curated displays. Create memorable experiences for beginners finding their first setup and experts chasing their next big line alike. Pitch in wherever needed to keep the shop running smoothly. Flexible with holidays, weekends, and split shifts; requires standing for hours and lifting up to 25 lbs. Basic computer skills for transactions and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Ability to talk ski or board shop all day
- Love to ski or snowboard (or eagerness to learn)
- Flexibility with schedule including holidays, weekends, and split shifts
- Ability to stand for hours
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer skills for processing transactions and documentation
- Strong English fluency (written and verbal)
- Product knowledge of skis, snowboards, boots, and bindings
