Job Summary
Oversee the hardgoods department by leading daily retail operations, supporting staff, and assisting customers with skis, bindings, and technical product recommendations. Split time between inventory planning, purchase order execution, vendor communication, demo fleet management, rental operations, and sales reporting. Collaborate with the Head Buyer to implement seasonal purchasing strategies while maintaining high standards for customer service, safety, and shop efficiency. This hybrid leadership role offers a seasonal start with potential transition to year-round leadership based on performance.
Required Qualifications
