Job Summary
Restaurant Manager at Hardee's – West Point. Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager; interview and hire qualified staff; schedule to meet guest flow; manage labor costs; train and develop crew; provide coaching, counseling, and discipline; assist with crew duties as needed; conduct meetings on operation procedures, promotions, safety, and training; maintain product quality, service, and cleanliness; control inventory and cash procedures; ensure adherence to HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies; maintain reports and records; ensure equipment upkeep; and represent the company professionally. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must meet physical demands required of the role
- Must be able to lead, recognize and train successful talent
- 2 years of management experience
- Available to work all shifts and weekends
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent communication skills
