Job Summary
Operate the Hardee’s restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager; interview and hire qualified staff; schedule and manage labor to meet company standards; train and develop crew under the direction of the GM; maintain high standards of quality, service, cleanliness, food safety, and safety compliance; control inventory and cash procedures; coach, counsel, and discipline as warranted; lead by example, foster teamwork, and ensure adherence to HR, sanitation, and security policies; contribute to profitability and guest satisfaction; location is Hardees of Pikeville, United States (KY) with full-time hours and multiple shifts; 18+ with management experience required and ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must meet Physical demands required of the role
- Must be able to lead, recognize and train successful talent
- 2 years of management experience
- Available to work all shifts and weekends
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent communication skills
