Job Summary
Develop, support, and lead the restaurant team to achieve sales growth while maintaining the highest standards in quality, service, and cleanliness. Responsible for interviewing and hiring staff, scheduling to meet guest demand, managing labor costs, training the management team and crew, evaluating performance, coaching and disciplining as needed, overseeing inventory and cash procedures, ensuring compliance with HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies, and partnering with management to deliver a great guest experience. Requires 18+, 2-5 years GM experience, ability to pass background/drug checks, valid driver’s license, and availability to work all shifts including weekends; offered benefits and a weekly bonus program.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- 2-5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Valid Driver's License and good driving record
- Good References
- Ability to lead, train and develop talent
- Availability to work all shifts and weekends
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent communication at all levels
- Experience managing labor costs and scheduling
- Knowledge of safety, sanitation and security policies
