Job Summary
The District Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance of Restaurant Management Teams including General Managers, Shift Managers, and Shift Leaders, ensuring quality product delivery and customer service. Key responsibilities include improving management skills, maximizing financial performance, ensuring legal compliance in business practices, and effective communication with all management levels. The position requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to train and develop team members. Candidates should have 5-7 years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in QSR, and possess a Bachelor's degree.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in restaurant operations (preferably QSR)
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable DMV report
- Reliable transportation with proof of insurance
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Financial/analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P&L management experience
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Team building skills
- Investigative and problem solving skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong work ethics and high level of confidentiality
Desired Qualifications
- Bi-lingual skills are a plus

- Must possess a commanding knowledge of restaurant operations
