Job Summary
Coordinate and implement operational process improvements within Facility Management to optimize capacity and efficiency. Conduct root cause analyses on data deviations, support investigations, and serve as the system owner for critical HVAC and utility systems. Evaluate and enhance the reliability and energy efficiency of Technical Operations while actively participating in defining, budgeting, and planning investment projects. Coordinate project start-up teams and manage technical improvements in a cGMP environment. This role requires a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in HVAC, utilities, and industrial engineering, with proficiency in cGMP regulations and stakeholder communication.
Required Qualifications
- Master of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring (bij voorkeur technische richting: elektromechanica, chemische technologie, industriële ingenieurswetenschappen)
- Minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring in een technische omgeving (voor senior profielen 5-8 jaar)
- Aantoonbare kennis van HVAC, utilities, Black Utilities, Air en gassen in industriële of farmaceutische context
- Vertrouwdheid met cGMP-regelgeving, kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen
- Analytisch en proactief denkvermogen met focus op oplossingen en verbetertrajecten
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden voor samenwerking met interne/externe stakeholders en optreden als woordvoerder tijdens audits
- Talen Nederlands en Engels
