Job Summary
Sorting and grading hard goods donations; researching merchandise value using GWH guidelines and external sources (Google Lens, eBay) to price merchandise; determining items suitable for eCommerce and escalating to the manager on duty as needed; using PPE and maintaining a clean, organized workstation; assisting with unloading/loading donations and equipment; processing donations with the donation tablet; providing basic customer assistance on store operations; ensuring safety and security of people and property; performing housekeeping; supporting product rotation and floor recovery to maintain a Full, Fresh, and Friendly shopping environment; collaborating in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; adhering to GWH policies, safety regulations, and established procedures; punctuality, professional appearance, confidentiality, and adaptability in a dynamic retail setting.
