Job Summary
Looking for Laborers and Foremen for hard and soft surface restoration projects in Iowa. Positions require experience in concrete repair, ability to work in varying conditions, and willingness to travel. Union benefits included.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in the hard and soft surface restoration
- Experience in forming and pouring city sidewalks, ADA ramps, Curb and Gutter
- Able to work in changing weather conditions
- Flexibility to work varying schedules and stay late as needed
- Willing to travel overnights during the construction season
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time and maneuver in small areas
- Federal Med/Health Card
- Strong communication skills
- Valid drivers license, Class A CDL is preferred
