Job Summary
Set tables, serve beverages, and replenish stations to ensure guest satisfaction. Remove plates and silverware throughout meals, transport soiled dishes and linens, and stock areas with glasses, napkins, and plates. Maintain restaurant cleanliness, update table availability in the scheduling system, and perform opening and closing duties. Transport food orders from the kitchen to guests as needed. Work varying weekly schedules including evenings, holidays, and overtime as business dictates.
Required Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- Food Handler's card
- Alcoholic Beverage Commission (ABC) card
- Ability to speak and hear
- Close and distance vision
- Frequent walking and standing
- Frequently lifts/carries up to 5 lbs
- Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills
- Identify and distinguish colors
- Stand for long periods of time
- Walk extended distances
- Lift/carry 6-25 lbs
- Lift/carry 26-50 lbs
- Reach hands and arms in any direction
- Kneel and/or stoop repeatedly
- Varying weekly schedule required including evenings, holidays and overtime as business dictates
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant experience
