Job Summary
Lead sales floor operations by maintaining a strong leadership presence to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, implement individualized team development, and execute forward-planned strategies to meet store goals and KPIs. Support store recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training while providing necessary feedback to improve individual performance. Uphold company policies, enforce operational procedures, and resolve internal conflicts in the absence of other leadership. Create a customer-centric culture by mentoring teams on clienteling strategies to build long-term relationships.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level
- Can bend, reach, stretch as well as lift, carry and move at least 25 pounds
- lift, carry and move at least 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product, cartons, props or fixtures up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally)
- climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
