Job Summary
Provide friendly and responsive service to guests at Happy Camper Wrigley by leveraging extensive food and beverage knowledge, energetically guiding guests through their experience, taking orders, and efficiently managing multiple tables. Must be quick on your feet with a polite, upbeat attitude, and maintain top-notch service while collaborating with bussers and management. Responsibilities include greeting guests, describing daily Food and Beverage features, ensuring health and safety compliance, performing opening/closing duties, and supporting operations to ensure a smooth, high-quality guest experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Required skills include high-volume serving, POS operation, strong customer service, ability to multitask, and a positive, team-oriented mindset. Certifications noted: Food Handlers Certification and Basset Certification.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years old
- minimum 2 years serving experience
- ability to work daytime and nighttime shifts
- weekend availability
- consistent schedule at least 4 days per week
- able to safely lift and maneuver trays of food
- able to operate a point-of-sale system
- high-volume serving experience
- standing for long periods of time
- positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
