Job Summary
Accounting & Finance Intern in Hanoi assisting Controlling team with budgeting, PnL analysis (Sales, COGS, Sales & Marketing expenses) vs. budget/forecast, and working with Sales & Marketing to prepare annual budgets. Responsibilities include cost management, feasibility studies for investments and projects, coordinating annual budgeting procedures, analyzing actual vs. budget/forecast, identifying opportunities to reduce production costs, and preparing monthly cost reports. Requires final-year students or fresh graduates in Accounting/Finance, proficient in Excel, good English, and strong analytical/communication skills; proactive, able to manage multiple tasks, and capable of building working relationships. Required Qualifications
- Final-year student or fresh graduate with less than 1 year of working experience
- Major in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good command of English (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build working relationships
