Hanging rail Installer

Hanging Rail Installer role within Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. focusing on assembling cabinetry components and cabinetry hardware. Requires good hand–eye coordination and ability to learn various tasks, read labels, and read a tape measure. Proficient with hand tools (drill gun, staple gun, glue gun, etc.), and able to learn a variety of paint/stain colors and wood species. Work in a manufacturing environment with safety guidelines and established work processes; must stay on task and follow daily work assignments. Physical duties include lifting up to 60 pounds, standing/walking, bending, and frequent use of hands. Education requirement is a High School Diploma, GED, or 1 year of equivalent experience; demonstrates planning, prioritization, time management, organization, and willingness to learn new productivity improvements. Position is primarily on-site in a manufacturing assembly environment with potential for evenings and weekends; at-will employment.
