Job Summary
Hanger role in a retail/production environment: hangs and tags merchandise for sale, places clothing on racks according to supervisor guidelines, transfers merchandise from production racks to sales racks, fills production line positions as needed, assists with customer/donor service, maintains a clean work area, and supports a fast-paced, team-oriented store operation under supervision. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds, push/pull racks, and adapt to temperature fluctuations while collaborating with colleagues to keep the merchandising process running smoothly.
