Job Summary
Handyperson to provide general building maintenance and gardening across our properties, carrying out a wide range of planned and reactive tasks (carpentry, tiling, painting, plumbing, minor electrical works within safety/competence). Role requires travel between sites, a full driving licence, and formal trade qualifications (City & Guilds Level 2 NVQ or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years’ building maintenance experience. A practical, hands-on approach is essential, with the ability to work indoors and outdoors and to uphold safe working practices. The position is a 1-year fixed-term contract, full-time (40 hours per week), based in Nottinghamshire, UK, with safeguarding and DBS checks in place and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- City & Guilds craft certificate (or equivalent)
- Level 2 NVQ Diploma in a relevant trade (or equivalent)
- Full, valid driving licence
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a building trade or property maintenance role
