Job Summary
Handyperson at Helena 57 West responsible for building maintenance, routine work orders, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety tasks. Participates in Emergency Response Team for fire, medical and other emergencies; conducts apartment inspections, maintains building systems, and supports resident move-ins/outs. Requires strong customer service, ability to follow safety procedures, and experience with building operations and preventive/predictive maintenance; onsite role in Manhattan with Sunday-Thursday, 2pm-10:30pm shifts; salary $33.65/hour with overtime.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a maintenance/facility role
