Job Summary
Conduct general maintenance repairs including ceiling tiles, wallboards, flooring, wallpaper, and restroom fixtures while addressing water and cosmetic damage. Perform electrical repairs such as replacing outlets and switches, and handle plumbing tasks like unclogging drains and fixing leaks. Execute minor exterior concrete and masonry repairs, safely operate vehicles, and utilize field automation systems for material transport. Manage team accountability on critical KPIs, interpret construction drawings, and maintain truck and warehouse cleanliness. Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company procedures during all field work.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Travel Documents (i.e. Passport or Real I.D.)
- Valid Driver's license in good standing without restrictions
- Detailed knowledge of relevant regulations and laws
- Technologically proficient, including proficiency in computer programs such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50lbs
- Regularly required to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Comfortable working on ladders, rooftops, and in various weather conditions
- Must have full use of hands, arms, and fingers for handling tools, wiring, and equipment
- Capable of operating power tools and hand tools safely and accurately
- Ability to drive to worksites
