Job Summary
Maintenance Technician/Handyman with multi-trade experience responsible for completing maintenance, repair, and installation work orders across HOA and residential properties. Requires electrical repairs (outlets, switches, lighting, GFCIs, ceiling fans, breaker panels), drywall patching/installation, interior/exterior painting and staining, exterior maintenance (siding, fascia, gutters, seal coating), troubleshooting lighting systems, and maintaining a clean, safe job site. Communicates effectively with property managers and HOA clients; manages time efficiently to complete jobs right the first time. Preferred but not required: roofing, masonry, welding experience. On-call rotation included.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of maintenance technician, handyman, or multi-trade experience
- Experience in residential, HOA, or property management environments
- Strong knowledge of electrical, drywall, and general repairs
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs occasionally)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Own basic hand tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
