Job Summary
Conduct painting, decorating, and end-of-tenancy deep cleans across properties in South, West, and North West London. Drive to various sites to deliver and assemble furniture, change locks, and perform basic repairs including carpentry, plumbing, and tiling. Assist rubbish collection teams with waste removal and tagging tenant belongings while adhering to all safety procedures. Requires a valid UK driving license, proficiency in manual trades, and ability to handle physical labor. Full-time role with 23 days leave plus bank holidays, private health insurance, and tenure-based bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Valid UK driving license
- Previous experience as a handyman or in a property maintenance role
- Proficiency in basic carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and decorating
- Ability to identify problems and resolve them independently
- Strong communication skills; polite and respectful with residents
- Good time management and ability to prioritise tasks
- Physically fit; able to handle manual labour, lifting, and use ladders
- Basic IT skills for reporting and logging work completed
- Full clean driving license is essential
