Job Summary
Handyman and Field Operations Foreman responsible for overseeing the lot from purchase through the structural warranty period in Houston, including vacant-lot upkeep (lawn care every two weeks, debris removal, security), overseeing foundation works, framing, roofing, and MEP rough-ins to match shop drawings, providing daily WhatsApp photo updates and reports to the Nigeria-based QS team, attending phase inspections and documenting results with photos, installing perimeter fencing and signage, conducting exterior repairs and drywall patching, and managing material takeoffs, deliveries, and site inventory. Requires outdoor work in Houston, OSHA 10 certification, clear English, and a valid US driver’s license; preferred Spanish for coordination with on-site crews. Must possess practical handyman skills and be a reliable, physically capable site presence.
Required Qualifications
- A verified OSHA 10-Hour Construction certificate
