Job Summary
Perform general building maintenance and repairs, including troubleshooting plumbing, minor electrical work, carpentry, painting, and sanitation duties. Lubricate and maintain equipment while assisting with preventative maintenance tasks to keep the facility clean and safe. Document all maintenance work using a basic computer system. Required Qualifications
- Experience in maintenance
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Basic skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Comfortable using hand and power tools

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Some Saturday overtime may be required
