Job Summary
Make outbound calls to follow up with interested prospective leads and cold call new Home Improvement Providers to build value and secure onboarding targets. Guide providers through the Porch Services registration and account activation process, then manage them through the completion of their first three jobs on the platform. Maintain accurate records in team docs and CRM systems like Salesforce or Zendesk. This role supports Porch Group's growth strategy within the home services SaaS space, helping homebuyers move, maintain, and protect their homes through a differentiated insurance and service platform.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of dispatching experience (ie: transportation, distribution, routing)
- 1+ year of customer success in a cell center or a call center-type of environment
- Excellent English written & verbal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Sales experience is a plus
