Job Summary
Perform a wide variety of home repairs and maintenance for residential customers, including carpentry, drywall repair & patching, painting (interior/exterior), minor plumbing and electrical work, door/window repairs, flooring, assembly, and general maintenance. Responsibilities include customer communication and job completion with high quality standards, leveraging a company-supplied van, gas card, tools, equipment, and uniforms. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in multiple trades (carpentry, painting, drywall, basic electrical/plumbing preferred)

- Professional appearance, strong customer service skills, and reliable transportation (until company van)
- Comfortable using basic technology for job tracking
