Job Summary
Conduct painting, cleaning, minor plumbing, and minor electrical work while utilizing hand and power tools. Perform general labor tasks including removing carpet and flooring, and execute carpentry projects across apartments, duplexes, and manufactured homes. Travel to various job sites daily to complete these maintenance duties. This full-time role requires a valid driver's license and relevant carpentry or maintenance experience. Occasionally, the position involves on-call availability and some weekend work.
