Job Summary
House Doctors of East Tulsa is seeking a dependable Handyman Technician to perform residential and commercial repair, maintenance, and improvement projects. The role involves completing carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, remodeling, and general handyman tasks across Tulsa area communities, troubleshooting maintenance issues, maintaining a safe work environment, and delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service. The position is full-time with weekends and holidays off, and offers a competitive base pay plus performance-based incentives up to 10% of labor revenue. Responsibilities include organizing and managing equipment, representing the company in the local community, and networking with potential customers as needs arise. Candidate should have 5+ years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, dependable professionalism, a valid driver’s license, and physical endurance to perform manual labor and handle tools.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in handyman services, maintenance, carpentry, remodeling, construction, or a related trade preferred
- Strong problem solving skill and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Dependable, professional, and customer-focused
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Hands on with a knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the handyman industry

- Able to perform physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools
