Job Summary
Perform residential repairs and improvements across drywall, painting, flooring, doors, trim, and general carpentry; handle minor plumbing and electrical repairs; assist with home safety modifications and accessibility improvements; diagnose problems; maintain a clean and safe work environment; deliver exceptional customer service while representing TruBlue.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of paid handyman, home repair, maintenance, remodeling, or construction experience
- Experience with multiple residential trades
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and complete projects efficiently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Comfortable working in occupied homes, including homes of seniors and vulnerable adults
