Handyman / Home Service Technician Assistant

Job Summary
Assist with residential repair, maintenance, and improvement projects; support technicians with home repairs, remodeling projects, and aging-in-place modifications; prepare work areas, organize materials, and maintain clean job sites; load, unload, and transport tools and supplies; learn proper use of tools, materials, and industry best practices; assist with customer service and professional communication on job sites; help deliver the exceptional service and craftsmanship TruBlue is known for; typical projects include drywall repair and patching, painting and touch-up work, basic carpentry and wood repairs, door and window repairs, deck and fence maintenance, bathroom and kitchen updates, and general home maintenance services; candidates should be dependable, hardworking, willing to learn, interested in carpentry/construction/remodeling/painting, able to take direction and work as part of a team, professional with customers, have a strong work ethic and positive attitude, hold a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, and be legally authorized to work in the United States; opportunities to grow into a Home Service Technician or Lead Technician role; inclusive team-focused culture and hands-on training.
